I really believe that if it weren't for the old bands like Morbid Angel, Death, and Obituary, there may be no Necrophagist (whom I love), Decrepit Birth or who ever.... Just like everything else, Death Metal had to start some where!!! If there was some one out there in the late 80s and into the 90s that could write intricate stuff like Necrophagist and not sound like Malsteem or Satriani, I'm sure they would have found them.

dude your fucking stupid of course its like that its old school death metal the best kind of death metal and Morbid Angel is fucking awesome and covenant is a great album.seriously morbid angel is one of the most important death metal bands cus they were one of the first u dumbass.

simple music for simple minds is right.. these guys suck.. verse chorus verse chorus.. shitty distortion.. shitty scales.. nothing about this song is good really.. think about good metal bands.. then think about this song.. exactly.. no go download some decrepit birth or necrophagist.. this song is quite gay i hate to say it bc i used to be a huge morbid angel fan.. some of this dar metal is just as weak as pop bullshit.think about it tho honestly. intro verse chorus verse breakdown gay part end
