very Plympton-esque style! i.e. cute to the point of grotesquery. this song is also wonderful (like the all the songs on Third).

Sorry to post twice, but in watching the video I realize it addresses Britain's role in the middle east. wow, adding a layer of politics to this onion. even more amazing...

I agree with a few a the previous comments - this song terrifies me, and with the video being such a stark and visceral look at our humanity, it deepens this feeling. Nevertheless, I am insatiably drawn to it, like a horrific scene or accident. Ironically, imo the video alludes to that part of our nature. Absolutely an artistic statement beyond simple "music" and "video". Amazing...

roygbiv is a pretty decent comparison, but only the bass synth in the beginning i disagree with 'iron lung' and heart shaped box. i mean they're similar but are different enough to be compared as two different songs and street spirit and dust in the wind are two songs that have been regurgitated 1000's of times.. everyone uses C, A minor, F, and E in their songs at some point or another. so i'm giving radiohead the benefit on that one. they actually made a beautiful song out of the progression
