Consistency issues in WCHA reffing
BackIn a recent series between two WCHA teams, there was inconsistency in making calls with similar infractions, actually the more obvious penalty was not called. Does it come down to the officials reffing to influence the outcome of the game? The first clip in the video is during the Friday night game with just under 1 min remaining in OT. No Penalty called. The 2nd situation was called a penalty with just under 4 minutes remaining in regulation in a game where the Sioux were up 1 goal.
