Einstein's Clocks

Back

I've been playing with some new video tools -- one of which has a "time stretch" feature and decided that this video of a wonderful fountain on the "RiverWalk" in Melbourne, Australia would be perfect to go with this piece stretched out at about half speed. I know I should've used a tripod, but the fun that everyone was having around this "big water toy" was just too infectious! (The music is my "Einstein's Clocks" -- a "symphonic trance" piece inspired by the works of John Adams, Steve Reich, Phillip Glass and Terry Riley. The piece has since been used in the French documentary "The Tobacco Conspiracy".)
